Call manager 7.01 - Route Pattern - Block Offnet

Hi,

I have this RP , 011.91!, predot.

The RL goes to the Standard local RG in call manager 7.

This going via a MGCP gateway to PSTN.

I does not even go out of Call manager.

Dialing 0119- the 4th digit - 'your call cannot be completed....'

RTMT:

DialedNum=tn=0npi=1nd=011pi=0si1 requestID=0 DigitAnalysisComplexity=0

000009553| 2009/09/19 00:23:49.885| 002| SdlSig | DaRes | info_da | Cdcc(2,100,171,26) | Da(2,100,164,1) | (2,100,37,1).287-(SEP00258417961A:10.10.200.250)| [R:NP - HP: 0, NP: 0, LP: 0, VLP: 0, LZP: 0 DBP: 0]CI=47096851 Block ExclusivelyOffNetPotentialMatchesExist OnNetrequestID =0

I am not sure why there is this Block ExclusivelyOffNetPotentialMatchesExist OnNetrequestID =0 ?

The clusterwide service parameter is not even set to block offnet.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Paul,

What about RP configuration? There is option to route pattern or block it, I would check it first.

Hi Konrad,

Route the pattern is selected. CSS and partitons are also correct.

Not sure what is wrong yet, still trying to troubleshoot.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi,

Could you please check the concerned CSS and the Partitions and possibly any Router Filters, as well.

Hi Sam,

There was a 4 digit RP with urgent priority checked. I unchecked that and it worked.

The RTMT was showing some misleading debug.

Thanks.
