Call manager 7 and custom softkey buttons

I am trying to figured out a way to create a custom softkey button that does the exact same thing as iDivert but instead of going to voice mail. I would like it to go to a specific extension. t

We are a call center and we have certain numbers that call us allt he time. I know i can do this with a translation pattern or in our uccx server with the caller id. But i do not want these numbers to go to the extension every time. I only need the option to say divert it to the extension occationally.

Not possible unless you write a third-party application with CTI control over the phone that pops an XML page on the phone during an incoming call. If you press the soft key on the XML page during the incoming call the third-party call control CTI application would need to issue the cal redirect command.
