Call Manager 9 Queue Initial Announcement

Hello All,

Just upgraded to 9 and I am trying to set up a Queue in a hunt pilot. I have everything working(I Think) except I do not get the initial announcement.

When I go to the hunt pilot queue page and view details under the MOH and announcement section all the boxes are, what I call locked, and I can not change any of the settings to select any type of announcement. I uploaded some new prompts to use but I not sure I even did that correctly.

What am I missing?

Have you uploaded your announcements in the correct area? You should be using Media Resources > Announcements.

Hi there,

I have same problem, when all members of hunt list are busy, caller can't hear the customized announcement, does anyone have solutions?
