Call Manager and GETS Server Integration and Configuration
I was just informed that I will be connecting our call manager cluster to a GETS (Genesys Enterprise Telephony Server) to allow people to integrate Microsoft LCS with call manager. I have been looking on the web for configuration documentation between call manager and the GETS sever and haven?t been able to locate anything. Has anyone done this type of integration or know where I can find some information and configuration guidelines.
