We are having a problem where our call center agents keep getting Temp failed or CCM down when calling into a QUE. Once they call in and it connects they are fine, when the call gets pulled from uccx and sent to an agent the following happens.
1) the calling person gets CM down displayed on the phone and hears dead silence.
2) the Agent gets temp down on the phone and hears dead silence.
If they both disconnect and try again it works. This is happening at random and I cannot seem to find an issue
I do see the following in our call manager
Error: kCtiProviderOpenFailure - CTI application failed to open provider

the fact that its ctimanager leads me to believe this may be the issue.
