When a receptionist is logged off and has minimized the call manager application and a call comes to their phone the application pops up on their computer screen. Is there an option somewhere to change this option?

Yes, there is a button in the lower right hand corner of the attendant console window that says "Click to activate console on new call" if you mouse over it. Click this button and it will toggle this feature.

I just went and looked for that button but couldn't find it. We are using v. 1.5 Is this feature not on our version?

Hi John,
To add a note to Brandons good info, you can also use this method to enable/disable "Pop to Top"
Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
