Call Manager Device reporting

Is there anyway of identifying users who own both physical phones (796X) and CIPC's, other than searching under Route plan report > Directory numbers

thus locating all devices associated to 1 DN ? It could mean sifting through hundreds of records, must be a simpler way ?

No native reporting for that, you would need to go down the sql query path for that.

Hi.
What about exporting all phone detail per phone model using bulk tool and merging them into an excel spreadsheet and filtering by dn or whatever?

Tried pulling off a Route plan report, however it keeps timing out when trying to open in excel via view file in>GO  tab           (I have approx 30,000 records )

Any ideas why ?

Hi Ammar.

I suggested you an export through Bulk administration Tool of all phones so that you can see the association between Device User and Extension.

No idea about timeout exporting route plan report in excel
