Call Manager DIsk Utilization - 5.1x

Can anyone explain why, on a new install with no phones configured, the diskspace says it is 93% on the active partition? Is this standard

most of the disk space is already pre-allocated and that disk usage is normal. you get all the linux partitions, the OS, the CUCM and all the services, the informix DBs and engine, etc.
