Call Manager express call history

Hi All,

Is there anyway to differentiate between direct missed calls or a missed call that comes from Call Manager express night bell.  What  happens at the moment is, whenever our receptionist has a meeting or something like that, the phone is put on night bell so it rings every phone in the building.  Our phones then tell us there is a missed call, even though it was not intended for us.  Is there some way to resolve this.  I know when the call is coming through it say’s forwarded from extension 2900.  But the missed call shows the number that was calling our main number.

Basically is there anyway on Call Manager express that i can show the receptionists number instead of the original calling number.
