Call Manager Express, "Host Not Found" when trying to access services

OK, I've tried to research this but I'm only getting hits for Call Manager (CUCM), not Call Manager Express.

Some time ago, certain Services stopped working.  Particulary the ability to edit/manage speed dial buttons.

I cannot get an approximate date or time from the customer, but this was working fine until some time ago, and there have been no changes made to the system for a very long time.   I have had the customer reboot phones, reboot the router, and I have removed and re-added the "url services <URL>" statement under telephony services.

Has anyone seen this before?

CME version is 8.1, system has been in place for going on four to five years, router is a 2921 running IOS 15.1(2)-T2a.

Any suggestions before I have to call TAC would be appreciated.

Never mind, figured it out.

Apparently the customer was on a "security purge" a while back and remove the http protocol.  And we can't get it to work on https . . . . .

Challenge for another day . . . .
