You can lookup what KB updates and other patches are bundled in 2000.4.3a and then uninstall those from add remove programs. I am pretty sure this still wont be a clean rollback. I would advise taking a backup of your system before doing this (System backup and bars backup). Why do you want to uninstall 4.3a?

Tks, and the reason is that my Cisco Conference Connection is no longer working with this upgrade even if I did look into the Cisco Unifed Call Manager Compatibility MAtrix.

the CCC is available with CM413 only if CCC as SR1 & SR2 installed and this is the case.

I had before the upgrade to OS4.3a SR6 those config for the CM and the CCC server.

-CM- OS image 2000.4.1 and OS Release 2000.4.1 SR4

-CCC- OS image 2000.2.6, OS UPgrade 2000.2.7 and OS Service RElease 2000.2.7.SR8

Now that both are at OS Upgrade 2000.4.3a SR6 when I call the number for a meeting I don't get a dial tone?
