We are using Cisco Call Manger.Now we have another office in singapore which is connected by L2L VPN.In singapore they are having there own call manager.Now the issue is from my office I can able to call them.But they can't.In my call manger I have configured route pattern with 701.XXXX and its working fine.But as the Singapore users unable to reach us.
What is the problem?The problem is with Singapore call manger configuration or my end configuration?

What is the integration between the Clusters? Are you using Intrcluster Trunk?
It could be either cluster configuration issue, first on your cluster ensure that the CSS applied to the Trunk has access to the phone paritions, and that expected number of digits matches significant digits configuration on the trunk.
On the Singapore trunk ensure that they have a route pattern pointing to the ICT and that phones o n that cluster can reach this route pattern.
