We have had a few jobs recently scheduled that were entered into the system and none of the three of us did it. Is there a backdoor into our Call Manager that someone may now which we are not aware of? We know of one or two in our IT staff that had some experience with Call Manager express and it seems like it may be one of them that is making changes without our approval. We only changed the Call Manager Admin password which changed the Aervice Admin password too. We did not change the other passwords such as the OS password or Disaster Recovery. So is there a way we can log via IP access on this too? Ay help would be appreciated. Is there a backdoor service password someone may know that is used by Cisco??
