Call manager LDAP authentication error

 

 

Hi All ,

   i have a problem in 3 new call managers LDAP authentication although we can access them by administrator password but by LDAP user can not do that , for your information we were having 6 callmanagers in the cluster that mean we have now 9 callmanagers servers in 1 cluster.

What is cause this error ????

Your question/query is not clear. What is the issue you are having? Are you saying that your end users cant access the cucm user page?

You also mentioned that you have 9 cucm servers. Do you have cucm service enabled on all 9 of them? You can only have the cucm service enabled on 8 servers in a cluster..

Have you set up LDAP

Have you set up LDAP authentication which is different from LDAP Synchronization in CallManager? The option is right below the LDAP synchronization in UCM.
