Call Manager Low Heartbeat.

Hi,

I have Call Manager 4.1 running on one publisher and two subscribers. I received the following alert from my publisher.

irCriticalTrap irSeverity=irCriticalSeverity irProblemID=100087 irConditionName=CM.HBcount Event=CM HeartBeat low on \134CM1PUB1-NY. Potential service restart in last 5 minutes.

I used the performance monitor to look at the call manager heartbeat of the server and compared the publisher with the other 2 subscribers.

It does show that its low. What should I do to resolve this and is there a need to be concerned.

The heartbeat stats were:

Pub 2697.000

sub1 24931.000

sub2 25484.000

I would say you need to tweak the settings/intervals and/or alert type/frequency.
