We proposed the IPT solution to one our customer, he want to send Cisco Cisco Call manager's CDR information string to their Fidelio system which having call accounting system (windows based) to generate the calling Bills.
Please let me know whether its possible to send CDR information string to Fidelio system to generate the billing and how to do it?
