Call Manager UC520 Hangs

We have installed UC520 in our company currently with 14 users. There’s a problem of the UC520 hanging every now and then, basically the system get hang, and no call are been received and placed outside / inside the network. This is the only problem we are currently facing, any suggestion to rectify it. any solution ?

Hi Mudasar,

Need more info about the UC520 "hang" situation:

++  Are you able to console to the router at the time of the problem?

++  Are you able to ping the router?

++  Do your ip phones unregister?

++  How frequent is the problem?

++  Can you please attach a show tech from the device here?
