Call manager won't boot up/power on

I had to rebuild my pub and sub because of SQL and various other issues with the call manager.

I rebuilt the pub fine, but when I rebooted my sub it never turned back on. The only indication I have that it is getting power is the power light being amber and the NIC blinking. I pressed the power button for a second and it won't turn on, I tried holding it longer and it won't boot, and I unplugged the power source and help down the power button for 30 seconds to drain any excess electricity in RAM, but none of these worked.

Assuming this isn't a hardware issue, is there a dignostic tool I can use when the call manager "boots" up?

Michael,

If the server is even able to boot, you may use the Proliant Support Pack (SmartStart) to run hardware diagnostics:

SmartStart CD

Manual

Assuming is not a hardware issue, the Communications Manager Unified Communications Manager Recovery Software can help you determine if there is some sort of filesystem problem.
