I have a technical question that i believe you can help me with.
We have a factory test for our VoiP system (using cisco call manager). In the scope we have to show that no more than 2 in 10,000 locally originating and incoming calls misdirect, unsuccessfully terminated, prematurely disconnected or otherwise failing.
From your point of view is there a way to show that? is there any cisco device that can generate this number of calls?

You need a CallGenerator and CDR reports.
Depending the CallManager version that you use, built in CDR utility utility can help.
"In the scope we have to show that no more than 2 in 10,000 locally originating and incoming calls misdirect, unsuccessfully terminated, prematurely disconnected or otherwise failing." Could you please provide more details?

I meant that out of 10,000 calls no more than 2 calls should be dropped.
The CallManager version is MCS-7855H-3000
