call manager

im experiencing a higher than normal all circuits busy , reported by people tryng to call into us, mostly soft phones and not the hard phones.

How many trunks you have?

FXOs, PRIs, CAS, SIP trunk?

All times? specific time of the day?

which type of GW?

call is to extensions or to IVRs?

can you clarify:

mostly soft phones and not the hard phones
