Call Manger Licenses

I'm changing my call manager hardware from a 7825 to a 7845. How do I transfer over the device licenses and software subscriptions from one to the other? Also is there a way to have the licenses running on both servers while the new hardware is being configure? I'd like to know if this is possible for a seamless swap with service interruptions.

You should contact Cisco licensing team (licensing@cisco.com) and request a license rehost. They'll send you a new license file with new MAC address in it.

You may still use the old license on the old server (for migration purpose). You should stop using old license once you got the new server in production.
