call not going out

dears,

need your help, having problem dialing  this number             9 4669400,

attached my config and debug, pls check and help me what is the cause of call disconnect

it worked for me , i added ulaw and alaw in the dialpeers

but another issue i have is , when dialing from exten 555 to outside 4669400 the  call disconnects

from every other extension the call is going out, but only through 555 its not going

any extn dialing outside will use 2837555 as caller id

rule 8 /.../ /2837555/

Is this phone a video phone? Is it the only video phone you have in your system ? Does your SIP provider support video attributes over the sip trunk?
