Call Park Details Not Showing AC on 7.0.1

disclaimer: I know that AC is gone as of this version - customer was using it, it's a stop gap until we get the new AC..

It was working fine, now it's not, everything works, directory, phone control, call q, everything -- EXCEPT the call park details.

Parked calls do not show up in the call park window, ever, i've tried restarting everything, checked all the permissions (call park monitoring) AC user, it's simply not working. Reset AC service and CTI Manager.

Anyone?
