I am having problems with the call park feature disconnecting once the person has been parked. The system will hold the call for around 30 seconds and hang up. We have a 2811 Router with CME installed and it is running version 12.4 (4) T2. We had a problem with the router and it was replaced about one week ago but the software and flash information is still the same. Any Ideas?

In order to resolve this issue, disable the Advertise G.722 Codec Cisco CallManager Enterpise Service Parameter, and reset the device pools that contain these phone types.

Have you verified whether the configuration for the call-park DN has not changed? Have you specified a timeout interval for the DN?:-
ephone-dn x
number xyz
park-slot timeout 10 limit 3
For example, a timeout interval of 10 seconds and a limit of 3 timeout intervals will park calls for approximately 30 seconds.
If the above is the case then you could try either increase either the timeout or limit accordingly. Alternatively you could use recall, which returns the call to phone that originally parked it after the timeout interval:-
ephone-dn x
number xyz
park-slot timeout 10 limit 3 recall
Hope this helps.
Regards
Allan.
