We have a group of 3 call park numbers that our switchboard uses (2000, 2001, & 2002). Is there a way to make it always choose 2000 if its available? I'd like to have them ordered so it gets 2000, and then 2001 only if 2000 is busy and 2002 only if 2000 & 2001 are busy.
There might be some sort of service parameter telling it to select a call park number in a "top down" algorithm instead of a "circular" fashion which it appears to do by default but I know in later versions of Call Manager starting with 5.X I believe the Directed Park feature is available so you should be able to select the call park number you want.
