Dear,
I have 3 users complaining they can't pickup a phone with call pickup, on the screen appears "Temp Fail".
These are Cisco 7940 and are cross partition, so one of them is in a different partition then other one.
Any idea's on what is causing this.

Dear,
Could this have anything to do that some users are part of a hunt group and that the calls to the hunt group can't be picked up. I remember something from this in a older version.
The version they are running is: 8.5

That error can be seen with incorrect partition and CSS config. I'd start there.

Make sure the CSS of the extension and the phone can get to the Call Pickup Group.
