CALL PICKUP AND HUNT GROUP

Hi,

I have configured call pickup group. There are 10 phones configured in this call pickup group.

Also i had configured a huntlist where i had created 2 line groups. Each line group is having two phones attached.

The problem is when a call comes to the phone configured under the Huntlist, other phone which is also a part of this huntlist can able to pickup the call. But users who are using the phone configured for the same call pickup group but not in the huntlist is not able to pickup the call coming to the phones in the huntlist.

I am using ccm 4.1(3). Please let me the solutions if you have any.

Hi,

I implemented the solution some time back. But the problem which i am facing is different. Call pickup is working for the users who are all part of the Line

Group. But the other users who are all part of the call pickup group but not part of the line group is not able to pickup the call ringing at the phones belonging to Line Group-call pickup group combination.
