Call Pickup Button on phone

Hi All,

I have a customer running call manager 5.1(3)

We have created a phone button template that has Call Pickup on it.

The feature works fine. The problem we are having is that on the phone itself, where the Call Pickup feature is placed (ie line 6)

there only appears '???'

Shouldn't it say call pickup?

anyone seen this?

do you think this applies to the call pickup being on a Line button instead of the softkey as well?
