Call pickup feature question

I've just migrated a group of users to UCM 7.1 and created a call pickup group for them. They are complaining about the call pickup group behavior -- they don't like having to transfer calls back to the intended recipient after they grab them with Pickup. This was the behavior on the old Avaya PBX. Is this possible?

No, once you picked up the call it's as if it was meant for you. So if you want to send the call to someone else you need to park or transfer it.
