When a caller dial a office number and select de option 2 from de AA, this option routes the call to a hunt pilot that have 6 extentions associated, if any user try to pick the call the phone display "no calls no pickup" but if the caller form the AA dial any of the 6 extentions an other user try to pick up, the process was complete succesfully
CSCsb42763 (in mixed case) in the Enterprise Parameter 'Cisco Support
Use 1' under the new group 'Cisco Support use Only' and click update. Only the value
CSCsb42763 in this parameter can enable the configuration. Change the
value to anything else to disable this functionality.
2. Go to Hunt Pilot Configuration page and select a call pickup group from the Call
Pickup Group dropdown list and click update.
