Is it possible to set up a one way call pickup group?

I have a person that needs to monitor more lines than the phone has available.

I was going to create a pickup group. I need person 2's phone to alert when person 1 is getting a call, but person 1 should not get an alert when person 2 is getting a call.

Hello Kevin,

I don't think that that is possible, anyhow, you can install Attendant Console on the guy that want to monitor phone 1 and thatt way he will be able to see when person 1 is on a call.
