Call Pickup question

I'm using CCM 5.1 and have a question about call pickup. The customer would liek to be able to pick up calls from anyone in the company. They'd like to have it configured so if a call is coming in from the desk next to them, they press Pickup then the extension of that person's phone. I've been messing around with it but I'm having some trouble getting it working. Anyone have some ideas?

Jake,

This can be accomplished by assigning each individual extension its own pickup group. You can then pick the call up by using the GrPickUp softkey and entering the users unique pickup group code.

This isn't necessary for CCME. But thanks. I was looking for this as well.
