CALL PICKUP VISUAL ALERT NOT DISPLAYED

Hi all,

Does any one have faced the folowing issue regarding calling/called display with callpickup visual alert enable :

When enabling visual pickup alert with calling/called check box enabled, the calling/called is not displayed for phones that belong to that callpickup group,

CUCM Version : 6.1.3.1000-16

Hi,

I faced a similar issue some time back and assigning the CSS on the DN rather than on the phone got it to work, please test it on a couple of extensions and see how it goes.
