Call pickup.

Hi,

I am using UCM5.1.3.Is it posssible to pick the call for specific extension.Suppose I am the user and I am two desks away from my desk I know that my extension is ringing, is it posiible for me to pick that call by dialling my extension number from the any other phone in the network.

You can setup your phones in a pickup group, but it's not directed. You select call pickup and you see all the phones in that group that are ringing at the moment, then you can pickup your phone.

What you want is coming in CM 7 I believe.

You could create a group purely for you i.e create a pickup group say *1234 - (* and your extension number) Then from another phone use Group pick up and enter *1234

But to do I will have to create group pickup as many as number of phones.
