I have assigned a call pickup in call manager of 6005 to a department.
All the phones in that department under their Directory Numbers have selected 6005 from the Call Pickup Group Drop Down List.
It is my understanding that when a call comes to a phone in that department and some one else wants to pick up that call, that they press the soft key for pickup and should be able to answer that call is this correct? If it is correct in how I have this programmed, it does not work so I could use some help with this please~
