Is there "Call Presence" on Cisco CallManager 4.1(3) or 4.2 ?
So for example, if the Operator Calls the users, he would know if the user is busy or not, and I still want to keep that each Line can have two lines.

If you are using Operator, you may check Cisco Unified Attendant Console application, which can tell u the status of remote lines.

i believe ur question is based on SIP presence features ..
if yes, then even in CM 5.0 u shld have presence server.
