Call problem with CCME 4.0

Hi, I am having problem with CME 4.0, I have at cisco IP Phone 7960 and this receive call of the PSTN but the call only ring one times over the ip Phone, the user calling hear the ring back normal. The call display in ip phone as Call lost, A simple IP phone reset will recover the phone.

This occurs randomly. I have reset ip phone every occurs the problem.

can anyone helps?

Please verify that you are using the correct phoneload for CME 4.0. If the incorrect phone load is used, you will see unexpected symptoms such as this.

From the config attached, we see that Santiago is running the latest, recommended 7.x load on the 7960.

Is the problem happening on the 7960 only ?

I have looked at the config before and it seems ok. You may need to run some debug on sccp protocol and the voice port, to see if you can capture any discrepancy.
