call reconrding and accounting - cucm 6.1.1.3

can any one tell me what is the best way to record the calls and do the accounting also for the calls is it a feature built in with cucm 6.1 or this can be achieved by some extra module please suggest...

CUCM does not provide recording, you need a 3rd party

CUCM already provides CDR and CAR, if you need enhanced reporting capabilities you can buy a 3rd party billing server to process the CDR files.
