My manager is asking me to collect incoming call details report for one extension. How can i collect call record?
For eg: Source: 1301 and destination:1300
Can you please help me on this?
No mention of what you're using nor version.
I'm going with CUCM 7.X
Use CAR for those purposes, if you don't have it configured you'll only get calls from the time you enable it forward
