We have an issue with the announcement for external incoming calls.
The goal is to use the External Call Control Profile and the Announcement fonction in the CUCM to play an our customized call recording announcement who is upload on all CUCM's.
Location A (Branch) has an ISDN Gateway and CUCM is located in HQ. Between those regions, we are using G729 codec. Between CUCM and Gateway, we are using SIP. Phones are connected with SIP or SCCP. We use CUCM 11.5.1 SU3a.
I guess the call flow must be something like this.
ISDN - Gateway (Branch A) - WAN - CUCM - Announcement - WAN - Phone (Branch A)
Does anybody have experience with an use case like this? Any help is more than welcome.
