Call Reporting

Hi We are running CM3.3 (about to move to 5.1) and purchased from out telecom provider a a number of marketing numbers such as 0800 888 888 and 0800 999 999 etc.. and we had the telecom provider to point these to our main call center number eg 0152 555 555 were someone answers the phone and deals were there enquiry. Anyway we would like to know how many people called 0800 888 888 and how many called 0800 999 999. Does anyone know if there is any software that we can get to plug into call manage that will give us these types of reports?

Yes you can, since you are using CallManager, you need to enable CDR Enable flag to TRUE under Cisco CallManager Service parameters.

You may use CAR (CDR Administration and Reporting Tool, which is a plugin that is installed in CCM) or any other 3rd party tool.
