No audio when a call comes over the H323 G/w using MPLS link from Avaya IPOffice 412 to call manager 5.1.Phone Rings and CLI displays but no audio stream.
You should check the routing-packet filtering, the problem may be that the voice packets are not being received by the other side. If you are sure that the network routing is not the problem you can check the dsp resources in the gateway.
The routing is not a problem boz the ip reachability is there but as far as the DSP is concerned, I'd configure the transcoder on the gateway router.
