We are trying to route Inbound DID Calls for a few users to UCCX via a Translation pattern and CTI Route Point to play a greeting, then route the call back to their phone.
The Phone DN’s are all E164 +1513XXXXXXX and we are prefixing a +1 on the sip trunk from the inbound cube router so that all calls are in E164 format when they hit CUCM.
I have placed the translation pattern I created into a partition that is at the top of the inbound CSS on the SIP Trunk, yet when testing, calls still ring the phone directly instead of going to UCCX first.
I have tested this by placing a phone in the same CSS as the inbound sip trunk and then dialing the DID and the call routes to UCCX as it should and as reflected by DNA.
But for some reason the calls when coming from the sip trunk are ignoring the translation pattern.
