Call sender

Hi voice team,

I have a environment with Cisco Unity connection 8.5 working properly.

At the menu "after message" i have 2 options:

- Press 1 to save the new message;

- Press 2 to delete...

- PRESS 3 TO CALL SENDER

My problem is when I choose the option 3:

I need to eliminate the message after of the choose hear the message and to do call sender

Is there possibilities?

Do you want to eliminate option 3 from being available?

Which "recorded message"? So, you want the options to be silent?

For example:

Any user leave a message on my voiceMail (Cisco unity).

I hear the message that the user left, but I want to delete this message using the option 3 "call sender". Because I have heard the message and I have talked with the caller...

Which conversation style are you using?

The standard classic conversation is using 3 for delete message, and 4 for live reply.  If you want to change any of the key mappings you will need to use a "custom keypad mapping" see them under Tools section, you can view key mapping for each menu under there.
