A customer has an strange problem I am not able to solve. They have a 7942 with a wireless headset (Jabra). After hanging up the call, the user hears 3 call tones. He doesn't have any voice message nor any other notification like a call back. In the screen it isn't shown anything else. And of course, He doesn't press the New call buttom. We have already tried to change the headset and the problem is the same. They have other 7942 with the same headset and it hasn't the same problem. The phone configurations are the same.
