We have a CUCM 8.5, and i ask how we can configure call transfer so that when the operator want to transfer a call he just press the access code and the caller then dial the number.
For example if someone want to make a call to the PSTN he will call the operator, then the operator will transfer the call by pressing just the access code (9 for example), and then the caller will dial the remain number, that mean the operator will not need to dial the whole number.
