One more question. I want to transfer incoming calls to an external number. When i try to do this on the phone and push the call forward all button and try to put in the external destination it tells me that this is not reachable. However when i log in on the Callmanager server and put in the external destination at call forward all there, everything is working fine.
I also got a problem with forwarding incoming external calls to an external number. The service parameter Block OffNet to OffNet transfer is set to false, so that could not be the problem.
On Type-A IP phones running SIP, if Call Forward All is invoked from the phone itself, the device's Rerouting Calling Search Space is used for forwarded calls. If Forward All actions are invoked from the Unified CM User page or the Unified CM Administrative page, then any Forward All action initiated from the phone is irrelevant.
