Call Transfer Caller ID

At a customer site when a call is transfered the person receiving the transfer does not see who is transfering the call. Instead it appears like an outside call is coming to them. We are using CME in a UC-520. Call-Transfer system is set to full-consult rss. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, can you try "calling number local" under telephony-service ?

Anyways, the desired behavior is to see both the original calling number, and the transferrer number.

I know that the phone is able to do that, because I can trigger this type of display using a TCL script under certain situations

Unfortunately, this just doesn't happen with CME now. I hope that Cisco will realize and correct the issue soon.

That didn't work. Don't worry about it though. The big boss decided that he wanted it to stay the way it is.

Ok. I just hope that someone loud enough could "drive" cisco to make it right finally.
