Is it possible to setup if a UserA answers a call, transfers it to UserB and UserB does not answer the call then it rings back at UserA's handset? I know Business/Department Attendant Console does this but is there a way to make this normal function with minimal fuss.
This is not available today in CUCM, however it is there in CME 4.3 (Call Transfer Recall). This feature is not going to be in CUCM 7.0 either, so my suggestion would be to use consult transering instead of blind transfers for now :-(
