Call Transfer

HI Folks,

I want to restrict the national call transfer option for one group of users(not all clusters users) but they should have internal call transfer option.

Do you apply CoR (class or restriction) at the line (recommended) or at the device?

In CM 5.1.3 calling restrictions are not based on just the transfer option. You can only restrict call forwarding to a destination. So with that being said you will have to restrict the phone as a whole by using your CSS. The only other way that i can think of off hand is to send through a gateway enabled with CME and specify CoR on your dialpeers. Not clean at all and requires another device to mediate the traffic.
